The Continuing Adventures of Boba Fett and Cobb Vanth in the Galaxy!

Boba Fett, the bounty hunter of few words in the original Star Wars trilogy, has gone through quite the character development in recent years. From being a mysterious figure to becoming the adoptive father of an entire Tatooine city in The Book of Boba Fett on Disney Plus, he has come a long way. No wonder actor Temuera Morrison is keen to keep playing the role for as long as he can!

Morrison originally played the bounty hunter Jango Fett and his clone army in Star Wars: Episode II: Attack of the Clones. When it came time to bring back the beloved Boba Fett character in The Mandalorian season 2, it was only natural for Morrison to take up the role. Critics and fans loved his portrayal, leading to his own series. But now, with the future of the character uncertain, what can we expect? Well, if Morrison has a say in it, more adventures are on the horizon!

During a recent autographing appearance at the London Film and Comic Con, Morrison shared his plans for the future. He mentioned a few things happening in LA and expressed his intention to catch up and see what’s happening in the galaxy. When asked about a second season of The Book of Boba Fett, his response was hopeful. He didn’t want to be put on a shelf, and he was eager to see how things were progressing. Way to go, Morrison, championing for Boba Fett’s return!

But it seems another fan-favorite character might also be making a comeback. Timothy Olyphant, known for his role as U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens in Justified: City Primeval, spoke to Rolling Stone about his time in the Star Wars universe. He enjoyed playing the “smooth cowboy” type, and he hinted that he’d be up for a return. Maybe we’ll see Olyphant reprise his role as Cobb Vanth, the local sheriff who protected a small town on the outskirts of Tatooine using Boba Fett’s armor. Cobb may have had a near-death experience, but Olyphant seems open to the idea of returning to Star Wars.

However, due to the SAG-AFTRA actors and writers’ strike, many projects, including new seasons and appearances, are on hold. Fair payment for the hardworking actors and writers is of utmost importance, and it’s essential that their needs are met. We don’t know how long the strike will last, but hopefully, it will end with a resolution that benefits everyone. Patience might be required, but the return of these beloved characters will be all the more satisfying when the time finally comes.

In the meantime, you can enjoy the Star Wars saga on Disney Plus. May the force be with you!
