Welcome to Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wanted Aliens Guide!
Everyone needs help sometimes, whether they’re big or small, human or not. And yes, that includes toys! In Disney Dreamlight Valley, where magic and shenanigans happen daily, Woody and his Alien toy friends need your assistance. These little green beings have been scattered across the Valley after a power source disaster in Woody’s Carousel. Fear not, brave adventurer, for this guide will show you how to embark on the quest to find them, fix their home, and locate each hiding alien.
How to Begin “Wanted: Aliens”
To unlock this friendship quest, you must be at friendship level seven with Woody. You should also have completed Woody’s previous friendship quests and unlocked Buzz Lightyear and Scar. Progress Scar’s quests enough to enter his home, and make sure both Frosted Heights and Glade of Trust are unlocked.
Once these requirements are met, seek out Woody and prepare for your mission. He’ll hand you the broken parts of the claw machine and ask you to fix it before you can begin your search for the alien toys.
How to Fix the Claw Machine
To fix the Claw Machine, gather the following materials: ten Hardwood, 2 Iron bars, and 12 Glass.
- Hardwood can be found beneath the trees in the Forest of Valor, Glade of Trust, Sunlit Plateau, and Frosted Heights.
- Iron Ore can be mined at rocks in any biome except for the Plaza, Peaceful Meadows, and Dazzling Beach. Craft one iron bar from five ores at a crafting bench.
- Glass is made from five sand at a crafting bench. You can find sand at Dazzling Beach or by breaking sea debris.
Once you’ve gathered all the necessary materials, head to any crafting bench and locate the Claw Machine in the Functional Items tab. Craft it, and your quest will update. Now, it’s time to meet Woody inside his carousel.

How to Set Up the Claw Machine
With the Claw Machine in your inventory, find Woody inside his carousel. Hand him the machine, and he’ll express his gratitude for your assistance.
Woody will set up the new Claw Machine where the old one was. However, there’s still one important thing missing – the aliens themselves. You suggest seeking help from Buzz, and Woody agrees.
How to Locate the Alien Toys
Find Buzz on the map and have a chat with him. Buzz will mention seeing some aliens but lacking the necessary magical tools to help them. He’ll also provide you with the locations of the four toys and give hints on how to rescue them.
