But the most interesting enemies to encounter are the mighty knights armed with explosive mortars. These mortar-wielding knights, often appearing as mini-bosses, are a force to be reckoned with!

The real fire show begins with the Holy Trumpitour, a notorious mark known for their mastery of the mortar. After completing the For Great Justice and For Great Justice 2 side quests, you can challenge this blazing opponent. What sets the Holy Trumpitour apart is their agility and ability to blast around the battlefield with their mortar.

Where to Find the Holy Trumpitour

Your encounter with the Holy Trumpitour takes place in Lostwing, Sanbreque. Head to the Obelisk in Lost Wing and walk along the left side of the dock. Keep going until you reach a path that leads below the stone bridge.

Continue along this path, entering doorways and descending sets of steps. Keep progressing through the cellar passage until you eventually reach a dead end where the Holy Trumpitour awaits.

How to Beat the Holy Trumpitour

The Holy Trumpitour possesses a wide range of powerful attacks that can quickly deplete your health and send you flying. Their mortar’s flames are particularly devastating, capable of cutting your health in half in mere seconds. Therefore, it’s crucial to keep a close eye on the mortar at all times.

Attack	Description
Flamethrower	The Holy Trumpitour unleashes a torrent of flames from their mortar. These flames rapidly deplete your health and are tough to dodge, as the Holy Trumpitour chases you. When they aim their mortar upward and ignite it, start backing away to avoid getting burned.
Fireballs	The Holy Trumpitour hurls several fireballs from their mortar. These fireballs travel quickly, but the Holy Trumpitour struggles to maintain their aim. You can either precision dodge through the fireballs or run away. However, if you get hit by one, you’re likely to be struck by the rest of the volley.
Three-hit Combo	The Holy Trumpitour swings their mortar in a right, left, and overhead sequence. This combo packs quite a punch, but it’s slow and easy to dodge through. If you’re caught by the first hit, your movement will be restricted, forcing you to tank the second hit. Fortunately, there’s a slight delay before the third hit, giving you an opportunity to dodge. You can also parry all hits in this combo with your Limit Break, making them easier to handle.
Recoil	The Holy Trumpitour leaps into the air and slams their mortar down, causing stones to explode from the ground. You should dodge the moment the Holy Trumpitour begins its descent. Keep backing away and watch for cracks on the ground to avoid getting hit by the stones.
Rocketeer	The Holy Trumpitour uses an explosion from their mortar to launch towards you. This attack is performed three times in a row and is incredibly quick. Be ready to dodge when the Holy Trumpitour holds their mortar in both hands to their side.
Fragmentation	The Holy Trumpitour plants their mortar in the ground, causing stones to erupt. Similar to the Recoil attack, stones will shoot out from cracks on the floor. This attack persists until the Holy Trumpitour removes their mortar from the ground. While vulnerable during this phase, you’ll still be hit by stones if you try to press the attack.

The Holy Trumpitour’s mortar serves as a clear indicator of their impending attacks. When you spot sparks of flames on the mortar, be prepared to dodge or make a swift retreat. Many of their attacks deal significant damage and can interrupt your abilities.

That’s why it’s crucial to stagger the Holy Trumpitour. Even when their health is low, they won’t utilize any new abilities or remix their existing attacks. With each attempt, you’ll gradually become familiar with their moveset and learn the proper dodge timing.
